NEW TO YOGA?
WE'VE ADDED A BEGINNER CLASS!!!
Brand new to yoga, haven’t practiced in awhile, or just want to brush up on the poses…..we’ve added a beginner class to our schedule on Thursday evenings, 5:30-6:30. We also have other classes that may be suitable for you. Please check out our class descriptions as they indicate the ones best for beginners. We also offer individualized and small group instruction to focus on specific needs. These sessions are readily available by appointment and we would love to meet with you!
