Beginner Yoga Classes
Every Saturday in Feb. from 11:00-12:00
This is a 5 week beginner yoga class series. We will introduce the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.
Fee: This class is free to members, or you can be purchase it with a class pack, you can pay a $15 drop fee for each class, or you may sign up for all 5 classes for $45. This class is NOT included in the 10/$10, or 20/$20.
