CORE:30: Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m.- This class focus’ on the center of your body: the abdomen, back, and center of stability. During the 30 minute workout, you’ll train your core: butt, back and ABS- activating your upper, lower, and side abdominal area, as well as incorporating your inner core stabilizers. This class is ideal for those who want a strong, toned core and want to take their ab training to the next level.  

Body Sculpt: Wednesday mornings at 9:00 a.m.- This 45 minute class ensures you target muscle groups that aerobic exercise often leaves out and will sculpt you into shape quickly and effectively! It involves the use of light to moderate dumbbells, resistance bands, and/or discs and aims to keep you long and lean, toning your abs, legs, arms, and everything in between. The class will begin with a light warm-up, followed by reps of compound and isolated exercises for both the upper and lower body as well as your core. The class will finish with a full body stretch. Body Sculpt is for all fitness levels as our instructors offer modifications for beginners while others can add as much resistance and weight as needed. Benefits achieved through strength training include increased metabolism, loss of excess body fat, and lower the risk of heart disease.
