HIIT the Glutes and Abs- Beginning Tuesday, April 6 from 12:30-1:00 p.m

Get in a quick, but highly effective workout during your lunch break.  This high intensity interval training class includes cardio exercises and movements to target your glutes and abs. This class is in person and virtual.  

Sattva Sunday Yoga and Meditation- Beginning Sunday, April 11 from 6-7 p.m.

Sattva Sunday will provide an opportunity to tap into the sattva nature of yoga with a gentle vinyasa sequence, pranayamas (breathing techniques), and a meditation practice.  This class is a lovely way to end the weekend and prepared for your week ahead.
