Our Pre and Postnatal Yoga and Fitness class series is a great way to connect with your baby, begin to reclaim your body after birth, address the common physical symptoms associated with pregnancy, prepare and recover for labor and birth, and relax and calm the mind. This class is designed specifically for moms and moms-to-be.  All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy and to ease you back into shape after baby. You can begin at any point during pregnancy, provided it is okay with your health care professional, as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful, and designed to accommodate your changing body. The classes are 60-minutes and will include cardio, strength, balance, flexibility, pelvic floor work, yoga poses, and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
