In today’s fast paced world of stress and an overwhelming onslaught of information, it is vitally important we find opportunities to slow down and turn the volume of life down for a little while. Both the practices of Yoga and Sound Healing have shown themselves to be powerful antidotes to the stresses of modern life. This event combines those two practices for a session that will help to open the body and release tension, as well as give the mind and body a deep rest and reset.
