6- Week Yoga Class Series for Our Educators

Every Monday, Oct. 18- Nov. 22

4:00-4:50 p.m.

This is a 6- week slower paced yoga class series that will focus on a different area of the body each week; hips, hamstrings, neck and shoulders, etc. It’s a great place to take it slower and still experience all the benefits of yoga. Classes will also focus on releasing tension, decreasing stress and anxiety, connecting with the breath, and gaining strength flexibility, and balance.  

It’s time to take care of YOU while you take care of so many others.

Cost: $60 for all 6 weeks, or pay $15 per class

(minimum of 5 participants signed up for the 6 weeks to have the class)
