Sunday Swole Sesh

Beginning June 5

Join Eddie and Trish for this 4-week strength training series that will be held every Sunday in June: 5, 12, 19, and 26 from 9-10 am. Each week will focus on opposing muscle groups:

Week #1- Chest/Back
Week #2- Biceps/Triceps
Week #3- Shoulders/Traps
Week #4- Hamstrings/Quads

Class will begin with a brief warm up, followed by a strength training class using dumbbells, and possibly gliding disks, resistance bands, and Bender Balls. Each class will end with some core/ab work.

All levels are welcome.

(Must have a minimum of 5 participants to have the class.)
