From planks to handstands and everything in between: this class is designed to help students of all levels improve their upper body and core strength, endurance, balance, and coordination required for the most fundamental yoga poses and some of the most advanced. This workshop is appropriate for students of all levels with education, progressions, and drills everyone can incorporate into their yoga practice.

Ryan has been a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor for over 8 years. He has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from UVA and is an American College of Sports Medicine certified Exercise Physiologist.

Participants will receive upper body and core homework to help prepare for the workshop.  They can start immediately upon registering for the class.   The homework is just 10 minutes a day, 3 times a week at your convenience, and comes with video examples.  Sign up now to make sure you get a spot in class and get started on your homework today. 🙂
