Foundations Yoga Class Description:

This class is designed for students new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners who want to refine their technique and refresh their understanding of the fundamentals. Through mindful work and attention to breath, students will learn proper alignment in basic postures. We will focus on proper alignment and marrying breath with movement. Learn to flow more fluidly through your poses (asanas), by learning about and exploring key foundational poses from which all others are built.
