Phoenix Phiit 4-Week Program

This program includes 16, 50-minute classes over 4 weeks. Classes will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Monday will focus on chest, triceps, and shoulders. Wednesday will focus on lower body. Thursday will focus on conditioning, and Friday, back, and biceps. All of the classes will include a warm up, ab work, and deep stretches at the end. It is designed to increase strength, balance, and agility, tone muscles, burn fat, and improve cardio vascular endurance.

Program Schedule

Monday: 5:30-6:20- Phoenix Phiit/Strength- Chest, Triceps, Shoulders and abs

Wednesday: 9:00-9:50 a.m.- Phoenix Phiit/ Strength-Lower Body and abs

Thursday: 4:30-5:15 p.m.- Phoenix Phiit/Full Body Conditioning

Friday: 9:00-9:50 a.m.- Phoenix Phiit/ Strength-Back, Biceps, and abs

Program Cost

This program is free for members, however, if you would like a pre/post assessment and class recordings the fee is $45.

Non-Member fee: $90

This program is offered in person and virtually. It will begin THIS Monday, Jan. 2nd and run through FRIDAY, Jan. 27th.
