This co-led, two-session course will enable you to build a strong foundation for a life-long and life-giving meditation practice – one motivated as much by love and inspiration as by effort and discipline. Through a combination of practical instruction, lively discussion, structured handouts, and guided breath, movement, and meditation exercises, you will learn time-tested principles, strategies and techniques to harness the quiet yet transformative power of meditation in your life.
