Have you been wanting to try yoga, but not exactly sure where or how to begin? Well…we have the class for you! This 6-week class series will teach you yoga breathing, a little bit of yoga philosophy (we will not spend much time here), and a whole lot of poses. We will focus on breaking down yoga poses and making them available to each participant. You will have the opportunity to practice these poses so you can feel comfortable walking into a yoga class.

No prior experience is necessary- this is designed for the true beginner. That said…if you have prior experience and would like to refine your practice this series will be very helpful.

Classes will take place on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in our Staunton location- 213 B North Lewis Street.
