This class will combine Zumba dance with a Barre workout to get you moving, grooving, sweating, strengthening, and toning. We will alternate between Zumba and Barre by dancing for a song or two, then focusing on Barre exercises for another song or two.

Barre focuses on small movements that are meant to target and tone different muscles. In comparison, Zumba will engage you in more full-body movements and dance steps. This stems from Barre being rooted in ballet and Zumba’s origin coming from high energy, Latin dance.

The class will take place from 6-7:15 p.m.and will be followed by refreshments from 7:15-8:00 p.m.

This class is free for members/ $10 for non-members.
