Practicing yoga on Memorial Day is a wonderful way to slow down and reflect on the blessings in your life. It’s also a great opportunity to show appreciation for those who have served or are serving in the United States military. As we relax into the poses and focus on our breath, let’s send positive thoughts to those who are currently serving and their families. This Memorial Day, Phoenix invites all active, inactive, and retired U.S. military personnel who practice yoga to join us on the mat. This is a gift of yoga that they have earned, and we would be honored to have them celebrate with us. Let’s flow with gratitude and say “Thank you!” to all the brave men and women who have served our country. This class is completely free for all active, inactive, and retired U.S. military personnel who practice yoga.
