Get ready to take flight with our Arm Balance Workshop! Join us for an empowering 1.5-hour workshop dedicated to mastering beginner arm balances in yoga. 

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a supportive environment to learn and grow. We will begin with a short vinyasa flow to warm up our bodies and then spend time learning the foundations of arm balances.

 – Step-by-Step Guidance: Your instructor will lead you through foundational arm balances like Crow Pose (Bakasana) and Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), breaking down each pose into manageable steps.
