Chair yoga is a practice suitable for everyone, especially for those who have balance issues, are starting their yoga journey for the first time, or simply want to slow things down. It’s also a great way to stretch your body and relieve tension while at work without leaving your chair. Chair yoga not only provides the benefits of regular yoga, such as helping with stress, pain, and fatigue, but it can also help with joint lubrication, balance, and even age-specific issues like menopause and arthritis.
