This workshop will teach you how to improve your life by practicing yogic pranayama breathing techniques!

By becoming more aware of our breath and practicing proper breathing techniques, we can improve our physical and mental health and lead to a higher quality of life.

In this workshop we will practice proper breathing techniques that will strengthen your diaphragm and lungs, teaching how to calm and relax the nervous system, cool the body, heat the body, stoke digestion, balance the mind-body-spirit connection, increase vitality and energy,

balancing yin and yang!

Includes a little anatomy, physiology of breathing, yoga philosophy of prana energy, and lots of PRACTICE.

If you took the first workshop there will be a mini review of what we learned and then we will learn other breathing techniques for ourselves and our students.

This workshop is for all people and yoga teachers who’d like to improve their breathing and

develop breath awareness. 

This class is worth 3 CEUS Please let me know if you want a certificate with your CEUS.
