8-Week Strength Development Program
This program will run from Monday, September 30- Friday, November 22
This 8-week progressive strength development program consists of two full-body, 50-minute strength classes per week. The program also includes two months of our Mini Phoenix membership, as well as an initial assessment.
The focus of this program is to build muscle and strength. Whether you are new to strength training or already have experience with lifting weights, this program will enable you to get stronger, feel more confidence, and understand proper technique. Each workout targets all major muscle groups and incorporates the use of dumbbells.
The classes will be offered on Monday at 6:30 PM and Thursday at 4:30 PM in our Fishersville location, and Tuesday and Friday at 7:00 AM in our Downtown Staunton location. The Monday evening and Tuesday morning classes will be the same, while the Thursday afternoon and Friday morning class will also be the same. However, each class will have slight variations as we progress through the strength development program.
The total cost for the 16 classes, 2 months of a Mini Phoenix membership, and an initial assessment is $249.00.
*This program will be limited to 12 participants per class
*If you are an existing member and would like to participate in this program, you can do so by paying the fee of $249.00. Your membership will be paused for the two months you are participating in the program.
