Eddie Wallace

Hi! My name is Eddie Wallace. I started in the fitness industry 12 years ago and quickly found a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals and become their best self.  I obtained my Personal Training Certification through NCSF in 2014 and Strength Coach Certification in 2018.  I enjoy working with clients of all ages and fitness levels and strives to make fitness fun.  I’m sure to keep you looking forward to your next training session!   

I have a vivacious and motivating personality that radiates onto those around him.  Sports and fitness have made a huge impact on my own life and I love working with others to find passion and positivity in regards to their own health journey.  No matter your fitness level, I will work with you to set and meet your goals one session at a time.

From my own personal experiences with exercise and weight loss, I have found the power fitness has at improving both physical and mental health.  My caring nature and dedicated work ethic push me to guide and encourage my clients to optimize their own health and wellness.  My areas of focus include one on one and small group personal training, senior strength/balance, weight loss and management, functional fitness, sports performance, Olympic lifting, pre/post-surgery, pre/post-natal, core strength/stabilization, and youth fitness.  

When I’m not working with clients, I can be found spending time with my wife and 3 children, cooking, watching Denver Broncos football games, and doing various projects around the house.  I also love taking time to work with his kids to instill the value of health and nutrition at a young age in fun and creative ways.
