I have been a dancer since the age of three, and movement has always been my first language. My yoga journey began in 2017 after a severe injury, when yoga became both a tool for healing and a way to reconnect with my body in a deeper, more intentional way. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Modern Dance, as well as a Master’s of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. I have practiced as a PA for many years and spent over a decade teaching as a PA professor, experiences that deeply shaped my understanding of the human body, learning, and compassionate care.
My classes are inspired by the intersection of movement, art, and health. Drawing from my background in dance, medicine, and education, I aim to create practices that are mindful, intelligent, and expressive—supporting both physical resilience and inner awareness. I completed my 200-hour RYT yoga teacher training in 2024 and strive to offer classes that honor anatomy, creativity, and personal exploration, inviting students to move with intention, curiosity, and self-trust.
