I have been working in the fitness industry since my college days in 1990. I started with step aerobics and expanded into multiple other class styles including kickboxing, cycling, muscle pump, yoga, Pilates, barre and cardio-dance. In addition to a master’s degree in exercise science, I have an AFAA certified group exercise instructor and hold additional certifications in Spinning and Yogafit levels 1, 2 and Senior. I currently work full time as a registered dietitian and diabetes educator. I am passionate about the role of exercise in overall wellness.
