Phoenix Fitness and Yoga aims to help people of all ages feel better about themselves- physically and emotionally. Our classes are designed to help members gain strength, balance, and flexibility, ease stress, promote healing, and gain confidence. Our goal is to help people feel stronger in mind and body, feel less overwhelmed in their lives, learn to make time for themselves, and commit to a sustainable fitness routine for life. We strive to create a fun, supportive, and safe space to practice yoga and other forms of exercise.

We offer Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Sculpt, HIIT and other fitness classes to suit our members of all abilities. You’ll be more than a member to us; we’ll learn your name right away, understand your goals, and welcome you into our community with open arms. We love to spice things up with creative classes that offer different themes and focus areas to make fitness fun. In fact, fun is one of our core values. Life is serious enough. We believe your workouts should be something you look forward to and enjoy. You can expect a positive, uplifting, and supportive vibe here…we are all in it together.
Although we love to laugh and have fun, we are serious when it comes to what we do, and our commitment to you. Our experienced, certified instructors will teach you to move in ways that are sustainable so you can enjoy all of our classes for years to come. You will leave feeling challenged, successful, and even joyful.
We know it’s hard to stick to a routine, but we're here to help. By getting to know you and your goals, we’ll support you by giving you personal attention, lots of encouragement, and a little push when needed. No worries, we’ll send lots of love and inspiration along the way as well.
