Phoenix Fitness and Yoga aims to help busy women grow stronger, ease stress, and ditch excuses so they can feel less overwhelmed, prioritize themselves (yes, YOU come first at our studio), and commit to a fitness routine for life. We strive to create a fun, supportive space for women to practice yoga and other forms of exercise.
What We Are All About
We offer yoga, Barre, Pilates, HIIT, and other fitness classes to suit our members of all abilities. You’ll be more than a member to us; we’ll learn your name right away, understand your goals, and welcome you into our community with open arms (unless we’re social distancing, of course). We love to spice things up with creative classes that offer different themes and focus areas to make fitness fun. In fact, fun is one of our core values. Life is serious enough. We believe your workouts should be something you look forward to and enjoy. You can expect a positive, uplifting, and supportive vibe here…we are all in it together.
Although we love to laugh and have fun, we are serious when it comes to what we do, and our commitment to you. Our certified instructors will teach you to move in ways that are sustainable so you can enjoy all of our classes for years to come. You will leave feeling challenged, successful, and even joyful.
We know it's hard to stick to a routine, which is why we’ve created our unique accountability system. Remember that part about being more than a member? We’ll actually send regular check-ins to hold you accountable for attaining your goals. No worries, we’ll send lots of love and inspiration along the way as well. :)
