This series is open to all and welcomes beginners. Every week, we will foster a space for grounding and presence in the body. Sequences are influenced by each of the seven chakras, or energetic centers of the body, which will be explored and balanced through slow, intentional postures and breathwork. Music and meditation will also support this energizing yet restorative practice.
