Are you curious about yoga but unsure where to start? Begin at the Beginning is designed just for you. Over four weeks, we’ll explore the foundations of yoga in a supportive, welcoming environment — no experience necessary.
Each class will guide you through essential yoga poses, introduce a calming breathing practice, and offer simple mindfulness techniques. Together, these tools will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and gain confidence on the mat. You’ll discover how to tune into your body, move with purpose, and experience the many ways yoga can support your overall well-being.
Whether your goal is to increase mobility, reduce stress, or simply try something new, this series is the perfect place to start your yoga journey. By the end of the four weeks, you’ll feel empowered to continue practicing — in class or on your own.
