This therapeutic yoga workshop is designed to support healthy posture and functional alignment of the head, neck, and shoulders and upper back. Gentle, evidence-informed movement and breath practices, participants will learn strategies to reduce muscular tension, improve postural awareness, and support everyday movement efficiency.
