Join us for a rejuvenating weekend retreat at White Lotus Eco Spa and Retreat Center, May 29–31. Nestled on 25 peaceful acres at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Rooted in connection, creativity, and authentic self-expression, this experience is designed to help you step away from daily demands and return to yourself. Through mindful movement, shared experiences, and intentional rest, we create a supportive space where you can feel grounded, inspired, and renewed.

Each day begins with meditation (with Stephanie) and energizing Vinyasa Flow (led by Trish ), followed by workshops like tea blending with Uma or collage storytelling, and a deeper dive into breath work and meditation techniques. Evenings are reserved for restorative yoga to help you fully unwind and integrate.

You’ll be nourished with delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals by Trish’s husband, Jim-because good food is part of the experience too. Between sessions, enjoy access to the sauna and cool plunge, or treat yourself to an optional massage for an extra layer of relaxation.

We’ve created this retreat with a lot of heart, and we truly can’t wait to share it with you.

Friday- ARRIVE & GROUND

Settle your body, land in the space, and begin to unwind.

4:00 PM – Check-In & Settle In 5:30 PM – Welcome Circle & Meet + Greet 6:00 PM – Dinner 7:30 – 8:30 PM – Restorative Yoga (with Uma)

Morning 7:00-7:30 AM – Morning Meditation (with Stephanie)

8:00-9:00 AM– Energizing Vinyasa Flow (with Trish) 9:00-10:00 AM – Breakfast

Late Morning 11:30 AM – 1:00PM – Tea Blending (with Uma) or Collage Storytelling Workshop (with Trish)

Afternoon 1:00 PM – Lunch 4:00 – 5:30 PM – Meditation & Breath work Workshop (with Stephanie)

Evening 6:00 PM – Dinner 7:30 PM – Restorative Yoga (with Uma)
