200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Join us- starting this June and ending in the beginning of December
Upcoming 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training beginning this June. This program is designed for those who want to deepen their personal practice, expand their knowledge, and potentially step into teaching with confidence and authenticity.
Proposed Schedule (June–December):
- One Tuesday evening per month (approx. 4:30/5:00 – 8:00 PM)
- One weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Approximately 24 hours per month over 6 months
This format is designed to be immersive yet manageable alongside work and life commitments.
📘 Program Overview Our Yoga Alliance 5-Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ certified 200-hour program is built for dedicated individuals passionate about yoga and living a balanced, intentional life. This is both a personal and professional journey, supported every step of the way by an experienced trainer.
✅ Training Includes:
- ~150 hours of live, in-person instruction
- 40 hours of recorded training (techniques, philosophy, and more)
- 10 hours of at-home/self-study
- Downloadable manuals, templates, and lesson plans
- Guidance toward Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certification
🧘♀️ Training Modules:
1. The Enlightened Life Explore the ethical foundations of yoga through the Yamas and Niyamas, guided by The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Learn how to integrate these teachings into daily life.
2. Anatomy of a Healthy Life Study yoga postures through anatomy and physiology. Deepen your understanding of pranayama, bandhas, and how the body functions in practice.
3. Finding Calm in an Age of Speed Explore the chakra system and discover tools for cultivating calm through meditation, chanting, and restorative yoga.
4. Past, Present, and Future of Yoga Dive into ancient yogic texts and learn how to carry these teachings forward with integrity into your teaching and personal path.
