58 Myer’s Corner Drive, Staunton (referred to as our Fishersville location)

6:30-8:00 p.m.

Yin yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation and stretching the connective tissues. Poses are held for 1–5 minutes to open the body and soften muscles.

A sound bath incorporates vibrations from instruments such as Tibetan bowls, gongs, bells, and drums, which can help induce a meditative state and promote healing.

This class will combine both of these relaxing practices. Some say that combining yin yoga and sound bath can create a transformative experience, harmonizing the mind, body, and soul. The effects of the sound healing can last up to 72 hours after the class.

Join us for a full-body Yin practice complemented by a soothing sound bath. This class is designed to help you experience joy through prompts that encourage gratitude for yourself, your body, and those around you. It will be a supportive space for finding peace and fostering personal growth. In this class, you can expect to practice poses such as Forward Fold, Lizard, Pigeon, Supported Bridge, Happy Baby, and more.
