**Chair Yoga is for Everyone!** Join us for a 6-week series of chair yoga classes! **Schedule:** Mondays and Thursdays Dates: April 28, May 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29, June 2, and 5. **Location:** Downtown Staunton Studio 2d North Central **Time:** 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM **Cost:** Non-Members: $140 Members: $126 **What to Expect:** Experience fitness with a chair and wall support! Chair yoga offers the benefits of traditional yoga, helping to reduce stress, alleviate pain and fatigue, and improve joint health and balance. It’s particularly beneficial for age-specific issues such as menopause and arthritis. By participating, you may see improvements in your balance, core strength, and flexibility, helping to alleviate kyphosis and realign your head, neck, and shoulders. This class is perfect for those who struggle with balance, are trying yoga for the first time, or wish to adopt a more gentle practice. Learn to stretch and relieve tension without leaving your chair. So, “pull up a chair” and join us! Feel free to arrive 20 minutes early to pay in person. |
