  • Heated Vinyasa (Fishersville Studio) Flow, stretch, and sweat it out with a dynamic sequence in a heated room. Expect an energizing pace, deep breath work, and that post-class glow. All levels welcome—modifications and amplifications offered.
  • Phoenix Phiit Strength (Downtown Staunton Studio) Rise and grind with a full-body strength circuit that blends functional movement, cardio bursts, and core work. Torch calories, build power, and have a blast with upbeat coaching and music.
