This 6-week Chair Yoga series offers a gentle, supportive approach to movement, breath, and mindfulness—using a chair as the primary prop to make yoga accessible for every body.

Each week builds progressively, introducing simple seated and standing movements (with chair support), gentle stretches, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall well-being. The chair provides stability and confidence, allowing you to explore movement safely while honoring your body’s needs.

This series is ideal for:

  • Beginners new to yoga
  • Seniors or those returning to movement after injury or illness
  • Anyone seeking a low-impact, joint-friendly practice
  • Students who prefer or require seated or supported options

No prior yoga experience is needed. Classes move at a calm, steady pace with clear guidance and options offered throughout. Over the six weeks, you’ll develop greater body awareness, confidence in movement, and tools you can use beyond class for daily comfort and ease.
